Learn leadership skills for turbulent times with the Centre for Reconciliation and Peace

A six-month leadership course, focused on the plight of refugees in Europe, is available for young interfaith activists, and Stockton North MP, Alex Cunningham, is encouraging people to sign up.

The course, organised by St Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconciliation and Peace, is available for 18-36 year olds, and offers participants a life-changing opportunity to develop their leadership potential and mobilisation skills, as well the chance to volunteer in a refugee camp in Europe. The course includes peer-mentoring and expert coaching, and provides experience of delivering workshops and events.

The Centre for Reconciliation and Peace’s ‘Interfaith Activists’ leadership course is an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime, opportunity, and one that could make a lot of difference to many people. I’d encourage anyone in Stockton North who might be interested in this course, to have a look at the website and sign up.”
