Alex received a number of concerns from constituents regarding the incomplete roads and lack of attention to gardens in Keepmoat’s Norton Park development. Now that Keepmoat have resumed onsite operational services, initial works have begun on the open landscaped areas.
Remedial road works had begun prior to lockdown but as their subcontractor shut down operations, the work needed to be placed on hold. The work has since restarted, with an expected completion date of 18th September.

“Originally advertised as a prestigious development, the area was beginning to look a bit of a mess. I wrote to Keepmoat for an update on the works to be completed.”
“While I appreciate coronavirus put everything on pause for a while, I’m pleased to hear Keepmoat are back up and running and the scheduled works will be completed soon. I know this will be a relief to my constituents who live there.”
